酸菜半煎煮昌鱼腩

This is a dish that my mum used to cook for me all e time. As a working mum, she thinks this is great, soup, veg and fish for her child... I love having this dish @ time sq hk. 2 key differences, salted veg instead of greens. N this chef is better than mum.

Biased I am..l love my mums version.

I love last fri.

Tai tam dam. Route is not as scenic, but end point great. Shall pack some sandwiches if theres next time~ howiwish pq doesnt need to work too. Ha.

Paying my dues

Its payback time. Weight gain from 30 days in sin. Is not a light matter. I am feeling so lazy to exercise. Even since I am back, I wasn't having peace of mind. Meaning my state of mind..Perhaps attributing to handful of reasons. Oh well~ all work in progress.
