=( it hurts to see old people sick n restless in hospitals. you can only wonder if you will ever become like tat, but before tat, you muz pray ur parents will be healthy n strong for as long as possible.
=( almost all of your children n grandchildren turn up before ur bed when u're dying. that's also when you r too weak to properly open ur eyes to see them or talk to them. but when you hav slightly recovered from the critical condition, only one or two children are left ard ur bed. everyone else becomes busy again.
=( n of coz, during a time like this, ur best pal is someone who doesnt even speak ur language unless u know malay. yes, the foreign worker/maid ur family hired to take care of u becoz well, nobody has the time to care 24hrs for u.
=( when u r oreadi sick n sian of lying in the hospital bed 24/7, u stil hav to eat the tasteless food they prepare for u. so u might as well not eat at all. but if u don eat, u don get well, u don get out of there. but if u do eat, nobody can promise tat u'll be totally well as well. hmm.
=( n it must suck to be the centre of attention. when u're in bed n ppl surround u, looking at u and saying nothing. coz no words can comfort u anymore. wats worst is u hav to wear adult diapers which is warm n uncomfortable when u don even intend to pee lying down. and, having ur best pal to learn from the nurses how to bathe u and then u can go home.
