Farine A Pain We Say..

He is called Macdull. Silly and ordinary in every way, yet he is my hero. If I am like him, I will be likable and happy everyday! Spinach is one of my fav veg, and in my life time, I can visualize myself eating a chill crab muffin @ starbucks. Tried this combo at cupping. Is now my dose if I am only there for a drink. Erm, why is having best of both world bad? Til now, I don't understand. Lastly, my first time using e plate. Its a huge one, run the risk of eating more. Key is: Good things are meant to last...

Nice funky hood around Sheung Wan area. I am happy happy there. Its worth a trip if you are in HK next. 2nd hand shops, art galleries, cafes and CCT. Would be a good afternoon spent. Jokes. Post card shopping for me. Singapore courtesy tee for me.

Was telling Yellow about great plan that Sugars had for me. Yellow's first reaction was; what is it about. Whereas mine was: I am not keen! This tells a lot. Lessons. Are paid and learnt. 见鬼怕黑.

Was a last min trip to Yakun. Somehow it is not as nice as b4? The Kopi C is not even hot enough. The bread somehow lost its charms on me. Eggs made the mark. Anyway, we talked about our cohort of NTU guys. Wheres all the dean list chaps? Gossips of who eventually make it, who else don't. Where do they live? What car are they driving now? Although, why for the gals. We tend to talk whether they are still young and pretty. About their marriage and/or the husband rich? Shallow people we are. Aren't we? Nevertheless, enjoy every bit of time spent. Aha~

Near to Putman~

Been to Brittany more than a couple times now. Items we orders, got lesser. Got lesser but more and more, we fell in love. Officially down to 3items for the night. We called it the golden triangle. Fish soup and dessert crepe for sharing. Cinder, 1 each. Yummy! FYI. They said, guy with a sweet tooth, usually kind hearted.

Today is slightly mean to me. This afternoon, I went City Super and Muji for food and shopping. Anyway, did I tell you about the danger of living in CWB. Me,I. Nearly walked into Chanel to get that backpack. Seriously, red alert danger. I need to get out of there soon! Back to City Super. I don't know what got me to the mood. I gotten Stilon Blue Cheese Crackers and Choco for Yellow and PQ respectively. Turned out, Yellow was pretty cold, saying he get the real cheese in SHA, what the point? And PQ is sick, chcoc isn't gotten to make her better. And it didn't stop here.

In Muji, I gotten a travel pouch for BFF and myself. Its time to upgrade our gear, I shouted! " Not that I am traveling tomorrow.." Whacking. Oh, I love the Muji cafe. Peaceful, nice finishing and surely they don't start chasing you like the CCT. Food wise, my loyalty for these 2 weeks would be with the expensive 菜饭。 2 cold/2hot deli, 10 grain rice 98HKD. So far, my fav deli is pork in sweet and sour vinegar sauce. I am going to try till I get my golden 4. Btw, they do have good variety of potatoes. Potato croquette, mash potato, potato salad...

All in all, today still not all bad. Mrg. I went house visiting. And C's mother gave me a red packet. Said that I grew taller these days...? Didn't know its still possible at my age. Haha. End e night with home cooked at PQ. And watched some tvs.. Both visits, are simple affairs. But I felt blessed. I realized. I need people in the same space as me. Not necessarily, talking. Or doing the same activity. But, I just hate it alone.

I am in HK, indeed I am. Over weekend, was over at friends' place. They both started playing canto tracks. I enjoyed. Below is my fav. Anyway, C said. Eating salted fish and not being thirsty. Please rem this. Please.

Cupping Room, HK

For sure, this is my favourtie coffee place in HK. I go there when I am with clients, with friends or even alone. I love everything there. Breakfast. Lunch. N coffee.

That day, we tried the egg bed. To me, I feel that the holliandise sauce hasn't got enough vinegar. Everything else, was great. Especially the bread, chewy. And slices of orange and grapefruit, is a great idea. Well balanced. To learn, everybody.  

Egg bed is only available on weekend and isn't my fav anyways. Avocado bread is my calling. I like e mash. Egg. Sprinkle with olive oil. Excellent. Not too big a portion. Yumms!

To definitely try. Is their coffee. I like to start my sunday with cuppo and a little breakfast. Surf net. Some sunshine. Cozy environment. To wrap up, I will order a distill coffee. Below is my calling. Berries. There is another version of which is nutty. Worth a try too. To be honest, lunch is good as well. Pesto pasta. I usually go for that during lunch. Do try if you happen to be there during lunch. Skip the prawn pasta pls. Eeeks.

Last but not least. It is worth mentioning. For all that went with me, nobody actually wave about this place at all. And surely not like I do. Why why why?? Seriosuly!!! Well, I still stand by it! Cupping room. Ai ni or~

Yup, I got the book from Putman. With a marking system that I am familiar with. And no, I don't use it, mum always say got to love your books. No dog ears.. -21 degress, unbelievable. Please wear something warm!

Lousy bed in MINI works wonders. I had both quantity and quality. This morning, I had homemade toast bread, with olive oil and salt. It is a star!!

Mini Hotel Mini Room - Prefect it!

Decided on moving out of Putman. Because, I wanted more space, a different location. Bank in on Mini Hotel, because, its costed about the same, double the size and you can't go very wrong with Causeway Bay. Though Yellow thinks the place look quite cheap, I find it quirky.

Well, it turned out to be my second bad trade for 2014. Made a mistake in my booking, it turned out to be MINI room in the MINI hotel. And the hotel is fully booked till next week. Cant do an upgrade. Therefore, I need to make the best out of it. Cleaning.. As though I just moved into NTU hostel.

Then I headed to get Diptyque. I figured, this is one of those magic. Which definitely work for me. Opted out for candles, because it is quite mafan. Above is my fav of their selection. Tad floral, little fruity. I would love to get their diffuser, look damn cool!!! But, I need to watch my budget, especially after overspending during SIN CNY.

Today, I started my usual sticking. The second magic for me. Come to think of it, I quite like the metal grills and windows. Anyway, last night, I slept like a log. @ Putman, Simmons mattress and Frette sheets fails to do the job. Weird.

Lets see if this cheapskate bed works magic again tonight. Morale of the story. Like what C says, there isn't a perfect marriage to start. It is what you do, to prefect it... True true..
