You said, you are never alone but always lonely. Truth is, I feel that. But helpless about it. I always believe that you are strong enough. To overcome this crisis of yours. Or even better, bypass in your kind of smart way. Entering the new stage.

Anyway, I am feeling emo now. I wish I could dust it all, off my shoulders. And yell. Whatever. Screw it. Do whatever I want. But no, it is a selfish and irresponsible. Yet another mess up act of mine. Okay coming to end of 2014. Hope we home drive alllll the way!!!


No joking when I said it's the best Xmas pressie I received this year; not because it is my only pressie. You feel me, that all I need to say. I love you. Friends forever, like we were 18.

This has been playing in my nano or mind for the past 2-3 weeks. My fav from their recent hits. Go watch Begin Again. Makes you love. and love music all together.

Dubai Observations

I love the old Dubai. Souks, pier and streets we got lost in. The gulls are entertaining. Yellow and I spent the entire afternoon, gull watching. You have the grumpy gull, the silly and sillier gulls, the sun bathing n showering gulls. This is my kind of chill.


For observations:
-bus stops are air-conditioned cubics.
-safe city? People leave bags and hand phones when shooting off to washroom.
-does rounding when you pay bills. Taxi, supermarts and restaurants..

I only paid once and got a rounding down. On all other occasions, we got rounded up!


I like this city, for its' vast differences in offering. Super riches, down to earth, rags and poor. India can't even match that. I wanna be back.

Maldives In Specific Style

You said. This is not Phuket. It is unrivaled luxury. It needs to be:
-to an island far away, by seaplane. Speedboat is a no no.
-have to go for water villa with private excess to reef. No beach villa.
-have to be an exclusive beach. Be expected to see no one.


My conclusion. The seaplane make sense. Far away equates to unspoiled . Water villa proved to be a good choice. As for the last point, to skinny dip. Cost is 1200usd vs 6500usd per night. I am better off spending on keeping myself clothed.

Conclusion. Vacation needs to be within your means so that you have no worries about keeping within budget. I love BKK for that. I love my own defined version of Maldives for that ;)

My First Seoul 。。。

Heard people raving about shopping in Seoul. But, I didn't buy any. Not to say that I am a hardcore shopper, but I am a shopper. I didn't like 明洞 at all. 东大门; knowing that shops opened till 3am. That amaze me.


Food wise, I never been a big fan of Korean food. Tried some of the streets, taste decent but full of carbo. On the good note, hotel great. Nanta is a buy, I always wanted to catch it but never on the right timing. Lastly, I am not saying no. Just that I like TKY more. Can't blame a gal for stating her preference, right?

Last Paradise On Earth

That is the most frequently used description on !aldives. Mine is simple today. Started with a stroll by the beach.


These would be my prized finds. I housed them, talk to them n fed them. Wonder if I should bring them home. Btw, hermit crabs are really shrimpe liked, on close observation.


The rest of the day belongs to Donna Tart. Is the page turner of the year. W/o a doubt. I also did guard duty to keep an eye on Yellow.


The last proper vacation we had. Is Langkawi which was like 3 4years ago. Define as leisure travel, on same flight to fro. This is a proper travel. Trilogy: Seoul, Dubai and Maldives. I like sitting on long haul with people I loved. Up in the air, right mood is sweet romance.


When I am down, I would always look back on my happy posts. Remind myself of those days and it will cheer me a little. This would be one;)


And of course. We need to treat life, with more humor. Muackz, good night.

Time.

When they travelled at lighting speed, it is an indicator of how much you enjoyed it and will miss, missed and missing is. Happened in HK and here @ Maldives. It's different, but both awesome by my standard. Though dead beat, I feel a need to jot down this down..


All started after @ room service breakfast. Waking up, 他唱着； what a wonderful world.

Throughout the day, 他说：
-他看见 a school of white baits.
-there's this clam, which is as big as my head.
-the black and white box fish, is wayy bigger than Shanghai's.
-saw a shark during snorkeling. It's really like the movie. It moves fast!

他有点小怕。 马上游回来我。。

Single is swinging?

The thing about having the other half. You can wakiss up in the morning. You can give a hug to love. You can make love to love. Or you are the "knowing in the mind? Someone to wake up to and msg b4 sleep. Knowing that he cares.


I still in view, e"mind thing" plus the physical makes it perfect. That is the meaning of life.. Soak. Life. Is so shiok.

Dubai In Action...

Now that I am starting to eat. I love the Arabic food. To me, it is part Indian, part Mediterranean. Best of both world. Curries, spices, meat, seafood, olives oil and load vegetables.


As our Chinese friend describes, we need to shop in the largest shopping mall in the world; Dubai mall. This is worth it, now being the Sale season. Finally have a chance to shop at Bloomingdales.


It's a must to visit the tallest building in the world; Burj Khalifa. Checked.


The Burj Al Arab. The 7 stars hotel. Most expensive hotel in the world. Nice view of the Gulf and everything else. But, despite the restricted access, no outsiders allowed. The lobby and everywhere. Is full of people taking pictures. Plenty of Chinese tourists roaming around. Where's the exclusive?!! N the interior, see it for yourself..

Some thots..

Understand why JE and J like Dubai. Food and shopping great, pollution non existence so far. Road and everywhere we been to, clean and proper. Having said that, Creek is happening today. City with two tales...


These been my staple in Dubai. It's really yummy. Blueberries n nuts so fresh and these 750g yoghurt cost approx 8sgd. I call this; discovering happiness in the present. I am good at this. You people should try too. How good can e lamb rice be, right...;)


Anyway, feeling better now and going back to feasting. Dubai, so far, I love you. Thanks you for the Eleven Paris tees. But would be better if they were on sale..

It's 6 degrees now. I used to think that the greatest invention of all time. Is aircon and washing machine came close. I can safely conclude now. It has to be heater. Tmd, 我很冷。

This is so true...

People say; 忘却旧爱最好不过的方法，是投入下一段感情。 I found out that, same goes to friendship.

So. I am a simple gal. Spent most of my early years in Singapore. And looking at things now, I would probably be spending many years away from her. From young, school been a love hate relationship. I love it for giving me more than just companionship; cherished friendship. Hate e dryness and dull classes. All that, I think I did ok academically, considering the limited hours I put in. Although I doubt it rallies if I would have went all out. It's hard to tell you more, giving that I don't think I know myself well(yes and no, depends..) one for sure, I am obviously biased. Very biased, so it works very well for you;) I love my noodles; my fried bee hoon. Can take spicy, and prefer orginal, vanilla for my dairy. Welcome to my world.
