Butter saute with onions
Add celery and carrot. Fry 3mins
Water, potato and tomatoes. Parsley
Simmer for 25mins
Voila slim in seconds!

V Day 2017

Was simple affair. We had pork chop noodles which was billed at 154 HKD. Cheese cake at Pumpernickel Tin Hau. Was the best I had for a long time.

Also. U know my love language. Gifts. Bought Yellow a pair of shoes. Might as well, show myself some love with a pair. Love sign.

For keeping: 花雕鸡

One of my fav dishes. Together with dan dan mian. I look my version. Boneless chicken drum.

1. Season with wine and pinch salt. Rolled up using aluminum foil. Boil till cook(this is e tricky part) Poke, if isnt bloody, its cooked.

2. Boil water with ginger, wolfberries. Add salt and sugar 1:2. Then wine.

Combine 1 n 2. Chill and serve.

Theres cafes, restaurants, DIY studios and exhibitions. I easily spend half a day there.

Believe you need to be there on weekend, so theres flea markets. Pretty interesting stuffs.

CNY HK Part 1.

2017. First part of CNY is spent in HK. Peaceful, 70% at home. Caught movies at home. Gone gal pretty decent. Apart from that, I love my own home cooked food. ASSAM fish ;).
