Best thing so far. Relae that is.

I did tried getting a reservation at NOMA. According to M, the chances is 1 out of 200. But, Relae is not backup, it is no 45? Of the world best restaurant. Actually Relae is one of the reasons why I came to Copenhagen. So, if you like Yardbird in HK, you will like this..Casual Michelin. I dont like it if they kept helping you with your glass. For the first pour,its okay. Thereafter, I can manage myself, thanks you. I wouldn't say its danish. I could taste french,italian,japanese maybe. Basically fusion.

Sat at table Zero. Its by the kitchen. Used to be a table for friends tasting when Christian Puglisi is working on new menu. I got lucky for flying solo isnt.

3. Grand Hotel, Stockholm. Claimed to be one of the most Budapest-est hotel.
4. Fyords of Norway.

Damn I cant wait.. Dont understand why people dont like travelling. Bore. Boo.

When Cc came visiting, I asked her whats e purpose of HK trip. She replied. I found a list of things to do when I quit. No. 6 was visit Chris in Shanghai. If I am not mistaken, you are the subject matter...

I myself. Should have one of these lists lying around somewhere.. Come to mind, top 3 will be to visit Scandinavian. So, last night, implusily I booked e tix! Apart from a weekend in amstamd, I am solo for 14 days.. wow. #YOLO.
