Wei Roy, you got me into trouble lo. Got the ma-ti from you on Fri, this min, left with two only. How ah? Ma-tis are known to be such effective fat burners!! And I am slim enough already, my 2007 resolution is to get FAT, u see.. SHIT la.. Well well well.. Hahah. O ya, the ones I got the previously, were better. Maiya sugar wasnt that sweet and the crust was thinner and crispy. But regardless, I finished a good 8 of yours lo. SHitt la.. I DON wanna to be slimer leh. HOw ah??

Food Food Food..I'm a fan of Indian food. Having nasi brani every now and then when I am still a kiddy. We were living at Chapel area, there was a Indian cafe that entertains delivery. Always ordered more than what we can have for the day. Tossed it into the fridge and microwave when craved. Good instant meals for the coming next couple of days.

These days, we have more fifty cents coins to spare, all of a sudden, Indian food had become more elegant and refined. Was at Vansh, sat night. Had Chicken taika masala. Still on my mind at this min. Arrg!! Masala, with naan.. That all I ask for, on a saturday night. Lamb tandoori was decent order too.

Alikatoe!

Markie got me these two watches for me, from Hong Kong. I love them. Classic look and wasn't loud at all. So it just blend in, which is something I need at times. Grandpa and Grandma are definitely much older than I am . Hence some limitation. Grandparents cant be goin for swims and workout and ya, Markie did mentioned about servicing. Err... We will see how it goes ok..


Between the two, I actually like Grandpa more.. His side view is dead gorgeous. Wowo.. Thanks again Markie. And wanna to say sorry to you in this entry. Sorry for bruising your ego from time to time. As a kid, I am always looking forward to weekends, because my parents will bring me out for breakfast. Not early, about 10ish. But the timing was just right, for a cup of Teh-Si served in porcelain cup, while reading my Book Worm Short Stories.

Come secondary school days, we used to stay over at Din's place. Chit chat, play Mahjong, play the Singapore version of Monopoly till daybreak. Then, we will all head down and because we are the early birdies, we will have to sneak in thro the back door. My fave then was the freshly baked cream puffs.

Then, it was when I was sixteen. My first date was actually there. “Hold on to the sixteens for as long as you can...." I still remember, that day, I had half a sugee cake and fresh milk.

That the place. 204 East Coast Road, Chin Mee Chin Confectionery. How nice if I can catch my breakfast there sometime soon.

Major Decision to be made...

In one's life, you have got to make decisions. Big ones. When you are in your teens, maybe, mummy & daddy there to guide, to show u shortcuts, to help you re track. But now.. No longer young. Its time you take charge. Making decisions, for your relationship, for your career, for housing, for investment. Arrg.. Left me breathless..... And at time, I have gotten a wrong move, but stubbornness in me, just refused to admit, and then...a tougher track ahead for me.. NOW...... I need to make a Major one...

Major Decision in My Life

鱼排 (Pontian, Malaysia)

Champion and Me.

A new year celebration. Went to Pontian, Malaysia. Haha. Nv heard before right? Neither do I. But.. Not a bad choice if you happen to be in Johore. Its probably just an hr and a half away from you.

Simple little town. And we went to other nearby townie,by the sea, KUKUP champion :). Hence, plenty of seafood. Burp burp. Visited Ming Xuan's 鱼排. Hey,鱼排 is different from Kelong. The latter, you will use nets etc to catch fishes. But 鱼排, its more about breeding the fishes from stretch. Enjoyed sea breeze and just laze. For a late afternoon, what more can you ask for? Actually, I loved going to little towns at times. Simple, people are sincere. However, being a city kid, afterall, you wouldnt wanna to stay for more than three? days maybe.

Then, its FEAST TIME. Yummy. O ya, late supper, got to try the RED colored Wantan Noodles.(That when you dont mind the calories, I mean).

Sesame overdose

Sesame tang yuan, Sesame sweets ice cream and sesame paste. All in a day. Heaty. Drinking herbal tea now, yes, at this hr. Hoping that its helps. BTW, the sesame sweet ice cream is nice. If there is one more in front of me now, i will KEEP IT FOR U!! Brighten your monday..How I wish I have a fridge in me, something like doraemon. Anyway, New York holiday today..Cheers!

Ambition and Flea ( Spanish proverb)

10.28 now. Not that I woke up early. Haven't been sleeping. :( Bio clock is in a mess. Everything is...Got to adjust it back on track. Thought of a line, so wanna to share with guys out there. If you are lost, if you don't understand why your co-workers are treating you that way, if you thought some guys just make it there because of LUCK, read on..

I remember reading this line in my Lonely Planet, Spain. Ambition and Flea fly high. Wrote this in my dairy thereafter;

Currently, Plaza Mayor, Spain.
Similarity between ambition and flea? Both high up in the sky. Ace your ambition. Work toward it. Concrete action. If not, you are just dreaming, too ambitious, people tend to treat you like a flea.

Perhaps, you got lost because you are a FLEA. Maybe they are treating you that way, because you behave like a FLEA. Those "LUCKY" guys make it, MUST be because they work hard to soar high up, like eagles.

Today, just wasnt good for me. Feeling horrible. Getting off on the wrong side of the bed is one thing. Also, Mister K promised to help me buy the BA double sided tee from Japan. By today. I am still waiting. Pissseeed. I hate it! In case you dont know me, I am like that. Promise me something, you better work your ass off to get it done. If not, just keep your big fat mouth shut. Dont make empty ones.

Stay away from me today. I will bite.

My Pet Cat

I have a pet cat. Saw her in my secondary school compound before. But it was in college time that I gotten her as pet. Taller than usual ones. Skinny. but love good food. In my college days, she will walk me to the school. Thats when we got bonded closer together. Then, at night, sometimes we will spend hours outside, somewhere near my house, talked about everything. Ya I know, she can’t speak, she is a cat, but I have my ways to communicate with her, ok! 2000, difficult year for me, but she is by my side. Thanks my pet cat. I love you! Towards the end of the year, A levels approaching, we studied together, till late hrs. I remember the breeze that we enjoyed, the music that we listen to. Think its LEE HOM, if I am not mistaken.

In my university days, she is living in my hostel with me. Some mornings, if we didn’t oversleep, we will have breakie in the hostel room. Banana Nutella. Yummy. At night, poor student I am, can’t afford a TV in the room. I can bring her to the shared living room to watch drama serials. Once, we caught National Geographical, Takashi in North Pole. I was so happy. Though she can’t speak, I could feel that she is delighted as well. Not only that, I smuggled her overseas as well. So she is probably one of the few local breed that crossed the Singapore borders. Places that we went, Taiwan, HK, Thailand and KL. My footballer friend always wonders why. Why I bring such a boring creature along? (",)

Haha.. Some thought she is boring, too quiet. But not at all man! My pet cat is so cute. She has got her own sense of humor. Just that you got to know how to appreciate it. I DO! Times, she will meow something and leave you laughing non stop. I missed those days. Working now, doing ok, financially independent; jolly well buy anything that smoothes me. But.. We drifted apart. No worries though, I will be there for my pet cat, if she need me. I guess she will do the same for me?? Actually, I cant be sure. Coz she is mating now.

Jer, our photographer, always drill me on shutter tech. Zooming out to eliminate background distractions, as well as isolate faces. Using flashes indoor to fill in shadows on faces and the list goes on..Bah bah bah..Watever mumbo jumbo. But know what, actually I dont really care. To me, i prefer to go easy on photography. Follow your heart. Its all about expressing your thoughts visually. Or sometimes, you wasnt even thinking, prob just enjoying the entire process. Cheeseeeee...

Vincent Van Gogh (HCMC Vietnam)

Seen his "Starry Night" quite sometime back.And the 12 sunflowers.(heard there is 14 sunflower as well, pardon me, i m not that arty)I thought Starry better though. If you find the name familiar, he is the one ah. Shoot himself in the chest, with a pistol and died two days after. This chap is almost as famous for his mental instability as for his vivid paintings.

2nd encounter was in Vietnam. Mark told me about his Abisinthe story in Q bar. Here you go!
On the evening of 23 December 1888 Van Gogh is said to have consumed 1 glass of Abisinthe, which got him drunk. Later that evening Van Gogh returned to the "Yellow House" in Arles where he lived and mutilated himself. Holding the open razor in his right hand, he had sliced through his left ear; starting high at the back and hacking downwards so that all the lower part of the ear had been chopped off. This had left part of the upper ear still attached as a hideous flap of flesh. Van Gogh, then wrapped the ear in cloth and made his way to a favourite brothel where he presented this "present" to a prostitute.

Guessed due to Sugar's influence, I have good impression on China. Sugar been pitching to me its rich culture and history. Sugar said, chances are, if it exist in the West, it came from the East. His fav is Nationalist party rule, Mao Zedong. For me, it got to be the Manchu, Qing dynasty. Ranging from their policies, costumes, their link with the Mongols.Interested and love it all. Alright, I know, it bores you. Guess I am the only freak around. All your fault, Sugar! He told me to send him the link, he will pop by. I doubt it.

Back to the topic. Visit China. I strongly urge you to. Be it Beijing, Shanghai or even the Sichuan province. And.. pleassseee... Don ever get LONELY PLANENT. Simply, who know the place best than Chinese themselves. For me, I have gotten one from a Chinese author. Classy move I think, PROUD. Grab it from me if you need.

Living Dream

Just caught Vanilla Sky with Yellow. Well well, laugh all you want. I know I am slow.

Like the show and the concept about Lucid Dream.Have you ever experience this before? You know you are dreaming when you are doing it. In big words, that LD. And lucid itself means you have a clear and full consciousness. People lucid dream for various reasons, for fun, to overcome fear or even to gain knowledge(LD to read a 1million words per min).

As for me, I do that as well. I dont exactly know it was called LD til that conversation with Tao. But anyway, Living Dream(I prefer to call it this way) is like therapy to me. Mom always part of it, we chat alot, catching up, she is as pretty as ever.It all seems so REAL. Trust me. However, I dont have full control of my dreams. Wish its longer, or even forever. Mummy, I love you always.

Moved not quite long ago. Getting used to my new place. Everything seems alright, except for the fact that, THERE ARE MANY CATS ARD!!! Though I have been getting trainings now and then from Mister Ah Siao, but... the fear still runs in me for some reasons.. blame it on what I did when I was four.

Self explanatory right?
Nothing much, but that the whole idea. So that it wont get messy. Fav, bedroom. Well, because, first, I like to sleep. ahah.. Second, since young, I dont like study table, computer, basically anything extra, other than bed, in the bedroom. Simple, as the name implies, its bedroom. So you only need a bed, a good one, to sleep well.

Alright, Dreamland. My bed is missing me.
