I did tried getting a reservation at NOMA. According to M, the chances is 1 out of 200. But, Relae is not backup, it is no 45? Of the world best restaurant. Actually Relae is one of the reasons why I came to Copenhagen. So, if you like Yardbird in HK, you will like this..Casual Michelin. I dont like it if they kept helping you with your glass. Sat at table Zero. Its by the kitchen. Used to be a table for friends tasting when Christian Puglisi is working on new menu. I got lucky for flying solo isnt.
