Consisting of half an English muffin, smoked salmon, poached eggs and mostly importantly, hollandaise sauce. This creamy lemon sauce is so yummy. I licked it all. Now that I am having crappy breakfast, yesterday's was good. MOO!! Lets get a date fixed for Choupinette NOW!
