It is salsa, muffin and cheese. Cant get hold of muffin here. Sub with breakfast roll. But, I feel that you should choose a bread, chewy:) some sort denser. For salsa. Tomato, 'xiang cai",capsicum, salt and lemon juice. Its yummy even by itself, really..Then toast the bread with some butter, remove, add salsa, and cheese. Toast til the cheese melts.
