From Ayam Brand Tuna To Thai Fish Cakes

Sometimes, I like to cook because I would like put some healthier food on my dinning table. I feel better eating healthier dishes; after all you are what you eat. This dish is worth a try, max 15mins of preparation. Ingredients above to mix into the patty and add fish sauce to season. For dipping sauce, 2 cubes of sugar, chili padi, lemon juice and fish sauce.
Some tips to share. Remember to drain the tuna dry. Slightly more oil to frying pan to achieve a crispy touch. Onion lover, I would recommend equal portion of onion: tuna. At least that's how I did mine. Enjoy!
