酸菜半煎煮昌鱼腩

This is a dish that my mum used to cook for me all e time. As a working mum, she thinks this is great, soup, veg and fish for her child... I love having this dish @ time sq hk. 2 key differences, salted veg instead of greens. N this chef is better than mum.

Biased I am..l love my mums version.
