For keeping: 花雕鸡

One of my fav dishes. Together with dan dan mian. I look my version. Boneless chicken drum.

1. Season with wine and pinch salt. Rolled up using aluminum foil. Boil till cook(this is e tricky part) Poke, if isnt bloody, its cooked.

2. Boil water with ginger, wolfberries. Add salt and sugar 1:2. Then wine.

Combine 1 n 2. Chill and serve.
