Today I am a cook(no chef).




Cooking notes: salt is a star. Add to cold silk tofu, you won't be disappointed. Rub it into sliced eggplants,leave it for 5mins. Squeeze out the h2o. This makes it less oily when sauté.

I am indeed in good mood. No matter what screwed up, throughout the day,I kept repeating. "It's okay,don't worry about it..."

Anyway at greys. Apart from the signature chicken wings, e burger is worth trying. They added whole basil leave and freshly grounded b peppers. Good trick!
